Most website hosts will allow any and all written works, but artists who create visual art depicting minors or otherwise "obscene" works are advised to add a statement of artistic intent on their personal sites.

Hosts whose terms of service are governed by United States or unspecified law, AND do not mention obscenity law specifically are marked with a warning.

There is a comprehensive guide at this Cancelled Resources page. Highlights are posted below with permission from the author.

  • Prevention

Remove identifying information about yourself from bios, about pages and posts. This information can include but is not limited to wallet names, addresses, pronouns, workplace information, and sexual orientations.

  • Prevention

Remove content warning/"trigger" lists from easily accessible bios, link aggregates or other user descriptions. A growing number of trolls and payment processors actively use these content warnings as keywords (such as "incest" or "non-con") as a way to find new targets.

  • Prevention

Consider migrating text posts, sensitive or otherwise, to a platform that has more fine-grained privacy controls or a paywall. Twitter and Tumblr are unique in that there is a recognized culture of "anti-ship"/"anti" trolls that actively search for new targets. Moving away from these two sites alone, if possible, will greatly reduce risk of being dogpiled.

About

This site was founded by an adult artist frustrated at the growing hostility towards depictions of taboo kinks in erotic art, and the lack of resources for other adult artists attempting to navigate the modern political, social, and financial climate, online and offline.

While there are other organizations that focus on "vanilla," softcore erotic or queer art, this site focuses on the defense, protection, and preservation of fictional works depicting taboo kinks, including but not limited to lolisho, incest, eroguro, and whether defined as visual arts, writing, or video games.
